As a native Californian, my family and I made the move from the islands of Hawaii back to California after 20 years. Inspired by this new chapter and drawing on more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, investing, and property management, I founded Kulia Bookkeeping to help landlords and real estate investors gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind in their finances.
Through years of managing the financial operations of my own business and clients, I experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing day-to-day responsibilities while keeping finances organized and up to date.
